3. Shop, Orders & WooCommerce
Our online shop is powered by WooCommerce. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, billing details and delivery details where required.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where product information, pricing or stock availability is incorrect.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers, which may include WooCommerce Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment services shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on this website.
Delivery
Physical products are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, couriers, seasonal delays or circumstances outside our control.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
For physical goods purchased online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel or request a return, please email info@simonclothier.uk with your order number and details of your request.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will usually be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that the item has been returned.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@simonclothier.uk as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Digital Products
